GUIDE FOR OWNERS

Prepare the first appraisal of your home.

With a few pieces of information we can start a concrete conversation about the sale. It is not necessary to attach deeds or identification documents to the form.

1. Describe the essentials

Municipality, neighborhood, type of property, approximate surface area, rooms, floor, elevator, exterior spaces and state of conservation. Distinguish verified data from estimates.

2. Explain your goal and your deadline

Indicate when you would like to sell, what availability you have for visits and if there are other people who should participate in the decision. If there is already an assignment with another agency, comment on it.

3. Separate expected price and market reference

Your expectation is a starting point. The commercial orientation must be contrasted with comparable properties, their differences and the information available; A published price does not equate to a closed sale.

4. Prepare the assignment questions

  • What work does the service include and what are their fees?
  • What duration and modality will the assignment have?
  • Who coordinates photographs, consultations and visits?
  • How will you receive information about the progress of the sale?

5. Share documentation when appropriate

The team will tell you what information you need to review and through what channel. The documentation and specific requirements are checked according to the characteristics and situation of each operation.
